🔹 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. All sales are final.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, customers must provide clear photos of the issue and the original packaging. All requests are subject to review and approval.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by our error.
